Table of Contents

RedStone is now the data layer for Temple’s new commodity markets, providing live prices with 24/7 coverage for gold and silver. RedStone Live supports pricing, reference data, and risk functions within these two markets on Temple’s trading platform, with plans to expand across additional markets and asset classes.

TL;DR

  • RedStone Live feeds for gold and silver are now available on Temple’s non-custodial exchange
  • Temple is the number one platform on Canton by network revenue
  • RedStone’s pull and push models allow Temple to choose how pricing data reaches each of its workflows rather than forcing one delivery model across the platform
  • Feeds are currently live for gold and silver with plans for additional markets on the roadmap
  • Gold and silver feeds are part of RedStone’s broader commodity coverage across precious metals, energy, and industrial metals
  • The integration deepens RedStone’s position on Canton, the network institutions are choosing for tokenized capital markets

Gold, Silver, and Beyond

RedStone has partnered with Temple to bring gold and silver pricing data to its commodity markets on Canton. Temple’s new listings bring 24/7 trading and price discovery for two of the most widely traded commodities worldwide onto the Canton ecosystem.

Temple’s non-custodial exchange features both Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) and Request For Quote (RFQ) execution models, with crypto and stablecoin markets settling in USDCx, its primary quote asset. USDCx is a Canton-native stablecoin launched by Circle in 2025. It’s backed 1:1 by USDC held in Circle’s reserve protocol on Ethereum.

Since launching in January 2026, Temple has established itself as the number one featured application on Canton by network revenue. Canton’s permissioned tech makes Temple one of the go-to venues for institutions with high compliance and privacy requirements looking for onchain exposure.

Its Lightspeed matching engine handles up to 100,000 orders per second with sub-second fills. Trades are settled atomically through Canton’s Global Synchronizer. Even when several parties are involved in a trade, the details stay private to them.

In an institution-facing venue like Temple, data requirements are complex. Speed and privacy are non-negotiable. RedStone delivers both while also providing 24/7 coverage with RedStone Live, part of the modular Oracle Stack.

RedStone Live feeds, available both through the push and pull models, support the pricing, reference data, and risk functions that allow Temple’s new gold and silver markets to run safely and efficiently.

RedStone Live Brings 24/7 Pricing to Temple

Gold and silver trade for most of the week across traditional venues, including spot markets, futures exchanges, and OTC desks. Those markets go dark every single day and shut down completely over the weekend. Temple doesn’t.

Real-time, low-latency price data (sub-20ms) is sourced from licensed providers during market hours, then follows price discovery to the venues that keep trading 24/7 when traditional metal markets close, keeping gold and silver priced continuously.

RedStone Live currently powers multiple trading venues, including perpetual markets for RWAs, where pricing data is used to settle trades and liquidate leveraged positions. RedStone Live has been in production since 2025, holding through volatile conditions with zero mispricing events.

RedStone’s gold and silver feeds are part of a broader commodity set built to the standard institutions expect from a traditional market data provider, spanning precious metals like Platinum, energy such as WTI crude and natural gas, and industrial metals like Copper. RedStone is also building the same standard across fixed income, equities, and FX, the asset classes Temple and other Canton institutions will need as tokenized markets mature.

“Temple’s commodity markets never close, which means they need accurate data even when the underlying market is shut on traditional trading venues. RedStone Live delivers the real-time pricing that institutional trading runs on, during market and off-market hours alike.” Marcin Kazmierczak, Co-Founder and COO, RedStone

Building on the Canton Network

Since its launch in 2024, Canton has become one of the go-to platforms for institutions building tokenized capital markets. The network processes over $6 trillion tokenized assets per month and more than $350 billion in daily tokenized US Treasury repo.

Partnering with Temple to bring commodity markets to the Canton Network is a considerable milestone in and of itself. Demand for accurate, institutional-grade pricing data grows with every asset tokenized and every quality service or platform launched.

This partnership, along with many others we have secured within the Canton Network, also plays a role in extending RedStone’s footprint in an ecosystem whose ~400 participants include names like goldman Sachs, DTCC, Broadridge, and Euroclear, with DTCC and Euroclear serving as co-chairs of the Canton Foundation.

RedStone has been Canton’s primary data layer for tokenized real-world assets since 2025, and is already working with a growing set of applications across the network

Our approach to building on the Canton ecosystem also extends far beyond standard price feed deployments. Earlier this year, RedStone proposed CAPS, the Canton Access and Privacy Standard. It’s a privacy-preserving oracle model built natively on Canton for institutional use cases like NAV feeds and structured products.
