RedStone in 2025: Redefining What Blockchain Oracles And DeFi Risk Ratings Can Do

Table of Contents

2025 was a year that changed the shape of RedStone. What matters for blockchain oracles is consistency and reliability – we achieved just that over the past 12 months.

We’re finishing it as an organization twice the size we were in 2024, delivering entirely new product categories across critical crypto verticals, and supporting a DeFi ecosystem that was itself growing up, fast.

This was a year of building. Not just faster or broader, but deeper. Five new products shipped to meet the increasingly institutional needs of DeFi. Long-term partners doubled down on RedStone. New ecosystems adopted us as core infrastructure. And through it all, quality, reliability, and collaboration remained the reasons teams chose to build with us.

Growing. Listening. Learning what was needed and delivering on it. Strengthening from the inside out, with one clear goal: to earn our place as a leader in innovation.

That was the pursuit of 2025.

Now, let’s see what work it produced.

Go-to-market Growth

Beyond pure adoption metrics, RedStone proved its versatility as an organization. The team successfully executed a global token launch, secured listings on major exchanges, expanded and activated local communities across Brazil, Korea, and France, completed a strategic acquisition, and introduced entirely new product verticals, all while continuing to support existing partners at scale.

A key pillar of this effort was RedStone’s Signals of Trust series, which became a platform for builders to publicly share how RedStone infrastructure enables them to operate with confidence. Teams like Euphoria and Hyperlend highlighted RedStone’s reliability, flexibility, and speed of iteration, not just as features, but as reasons they could move faster and take on more ambitious designs.

2025 also tested the system. The historic liquidation event on October 10th, along with market volatility driven by tariff-related macro uncertainty, pushed DeFi infrastructure to its limits. RedStone’s teams responded every time with flawless execution, maintaining uptime, data integrity, and client confidence during some of the most chaotic market conditions of the year.

That resilience is not accidental. It reflects an organization built for pressure, one that understands that go-to-market in DeFi isn’t just about growth, but about earning trust when it matters most.

Business Growth

RWA & Proof of Reserves

RedStone facilitated the first-ever leverage looping of a reputable private credit fund on-chain through integrations with Apollo ACRED, Gauntlet, and Morpho. Our Proof-of-Reserve work with Accountable brought unprecedented transparency to asset-backed tokens, the most popular token type launched in 2025, enabling their safe use across lending markets.

Hyperliquid & HIP-3 Perpetuals

RedStone achieved complete dominance across Hyper-EVM and the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Builders chose RedStone exclusively, trusting our infrastructure to support one of the fastest-growing verticals in DeFi.

Atom: The Oracle Extractable Value Solution

With the launch of OEV and partnerships with leading capital allocators like Gauntlet, RedStone delivered the most advanced OEV implementation on-chain, laying the foundation for a powerful new revenue stream for protocols.

New products

The Credora acquisition proved timely. Market events in October highlighted the urgent need for risk-aware infrastructure, and Credora delivered precisely that.

Miners Community Growth

RedStone expanded globally into Korea and Turkey, securing listings on Upbit and Paribu, hosting meetups, appearing on national TV, and growing vibrant local communities.

Miners also led 40+ workshops, created outstanding community-driven content, and helped spread the RedStone message worldwide.

In 2025, we attended every major blockchain conference and hosted several community events:

  • ETHCC[8]: The biggest crypto conference in Europe, driven by the Ethereum community.
  • ETHWarsaw: Our local crypto conference, where we showed that this region still matters to us.
  • Korea Blockchain Week (KBW): The biggest crypto conference in Korea. It was our first time attending, and it was terrific to meet Miners and explore the Korean crypto ecosystem.
  • Devconnect (Buenos Aires): The biggest web3 developer-driven conference of the year.
  • Kryptosphere event sponsored by RedStone France: Thanks to Kryptosphere, the largest European student crypto association, we had the opportunity to introduce RedStone to French students.

RED Token

March 6, 2025, marked a defining milestone for RedStone: the launch of the RED token. For the company, it was the culmination of years of building infrastructure-first products. For the community, it was a moment of long-awaited alignment between usage, ownership, and participation.

RED is a utility token issued by the RedStone Distributed Data Association and is designed to be an integral part of the broader RedStone ecosystem. Importantly, RED is embedded into the network’s evolution, supporting staking, aligning incentives across participants, and reinforcing the protocol’s long-term sustainability.

Throughout 2025, RED achieved broad global distribution, with listings across major exchanges including Binance, Upbit, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, and Revolut, significantly expanding access to users across both crypto-native and more mainstream financial audiences.

By the end of 2025, RED had transitioned from a milestone into a living component of the RedStone ecosystem, one that will play an increasingly important role as the protocol expands into institutional-grade data delivery and risk-aware DeFi.

Technology

This foundation allowed RedStone to expand confidently into new environments. In 2025, RedStone became the first primary oracle provider to launch on Canton Network, navigating the unique requirements of DAML-based infrastructure and bridging traditional finance systems with on-chain execution. At the same time, the team continued to expand across non-EVM ecosystems, including Solana, Sui, and Arbitrum Stylus, applying the same rigor regardless of the execution model.

Scaling the engineering organization itself was a defining challenge of the year. Despite significant team growth, RedStone preserved its technical culture, avoiding the dilution of code quality, architectural clarity, or review discipline that often accompanies rapid expansion. Processes scaled, but standards never dropped.

On the product side, 2025 delivered major technical platforms rather than incremental features. Atom and Bolt introduced new execution-aware and low-latency paradigms for oracle infrastructure, while the relaunch of Credora marked RedStone’s expansion into risk and transparency tooling. Each initiative represented a meaningful increase in scope – and each was delivered with the same expectation clients have come to rely on: that RedStone infrastructure simply works, even when markets don’t.

Credora – Building the risk layer for DeFi

The events of October 2025 made it impossible to ignore one reality: DeFi can no longer scale safely without risk-aware infrastructure. The need for transparent and credible risk assessments became obvious.

This is where Credora fits, and why its acquisition became one of RedStone’s most critical strategic moves of the year.

Credora brings institutional-grade ratings, risk frameworks, and transparency tools into DeFi, enabling protocols, curators, and users to make informed decisions based on measurable exposure rather than assumptions. By becoming part of RedStone, Credora gains access to a vastly broader distribution layer – embedding risk insights directly into the data infrastructure that protocols already rely on.

Looking ahead to 2026, Credora is positioned to become a risk-aware DeFi standard. Integrated across major lending markets and data flows, it will allow risk signals to move as seamlessly as price data, supporting safer leverage, better capital allocation, and more resilient protocol design.

Rather than reacting to crises after they occur, RedStone and Credora are building the tools to anticipate and quantify risk before it compounds. It’s a critical step toward a DeFi ecosystem that can support institutions, scale responsibly, and earn long-term trust.

Looking ahead to 2026

2025 was a year of proof.

Proof that RedStone can scale, not just in size, but in responsibility. Proof that new products can be delivered without compromising reliability. Proof that partners value quality, recognize craftsmanship, and choose to build long-term relationships with a team they trust.

Over the past year, RedStone became a larger organization, shipped five major products, expanded into new ecosystems, and supported partners through some of the most demanding market conditions DeFi has faced. At the same time, the team laid the groundwork for what comes next: institutional-grade data infrastructure, risk-aware DeFi through Credora, and deeper collaboration with the protocols shaping on-chain finance.

To our partners: thank you for trusting us with systems that matter.

To the RedStone community and Miners: thank you for your energy, creativity, and commitment.

To every RedStoner: thank you for raising the bar, every single day.

Our mission remains unchanged: to empower builders.

2025 set the direction.
2026 is about doubling down on what matters.
