How Does the Program Work?
Each chapter of the program lasts three months, during which participants will:
- Apply & Join Cohorts: New members go through a recruitment process and are assigned to specific cohorts based on their skills and interests.
- Complete Tasks & Earn Points: Contributors accumulate XP Points by completing tasks relevant to their cohort.
- Receive Rewards: At the end of each chapter, XP points are converted into tangible rewards for participants’ efforts.
- Reset & Restart: After rewards are distributed, leaderboards are reset and a new chapter begins — bringing fresh opportunities and new challenges.
Program Roles

Miner (Entry-Level)

Each Elite Miner must join at least one up to Cohort, with the option to participate in up to two. Supreme Miners serve as Cohort leaders, responsible for ensuring progress, maintaining motivation, and achieving objectives through guidance, feedback, and structured task management. This collaborative approach allows contributors to leverage their skills effectively while enhancing RedStone’s ecosystem. Each cohort has its own KPIs and is assessed by the contributions they have. Idle participants will be purged from the program.

The Social Media Ninjas specialize in promoting RedStone across platforms like Twitter, crafting educational or promotional posts, engaging with the community through replies, retweets, and collaborations, and running creative campaigns to increase RedStone’s visibility. This Cohort earns XP by consistently delivering high-quality content, engaging the community, and boosting RedStone’s presence online.
🎨 Art & Visual Media
The Art & Visual Media Cohort focuses on producing visual content such as artworks, graphics, videos, and infographics that showcase RedStone’s technology, updates, community and events. Members of this Cohort create branded visuals and memes, develop infographics to simplify complex concepts, and collaborate on creative marketing campaigns that strengthen the project’s visual identity. XP is awarded for creativity, quality, and the reach of the produced content.
🌍 Community Management
The Community Management Cohort is dedicated to building and organizing the RedStone community through events, discussions, and direct interactions with its members. They moderate Discord channels, local communities and manage discussions to ensure a welcoming and organized environment. Their XP earnings come from successful event organization, member engagement, local communities engagement and onboarding new participants.

The Memes & Viral Content Cohort plays a critical role in enhancing RedStone’s social presence by producing entertaining and shareable content that resonates with audiences. Members of this Cohort craft memes, videos, and GIFs designed to go viral, leveraging trending topics and creating humorous or thought-provoking material that sparks discussion. Viral success and creativity are the main factors determining the XP rewards for this Cohort.
🛠️ Builders & Developers
Finally, the Builders & Developers Cohort focuses on technical innovation and integration within the RedStone ecosystem. This group is composed of builders and developers who understand RedStone’s technology, write technical tutorials and documentation, and build open-source tools and integrations. XP points are awarded based on the quality of their technical contributions, devrel, and collaborative development efforts.
